1. Who is responsible for your information

Dr Seloka Books is the responsible party for personal information processed for this bookstore and its orders.

2. Information we may collect

• Name, mobile number, email address and communication preferences.
• Delivery address, recipient details and collection arrangements.
• Products ordered, quantities, order value, payment status and transaction references.
• Messages, support requests, returns information and customer feedback.
• Basic technical information generated by the hosting service, such as an IP address, browser type, access time and security logs.

We do not ask you to submit medical information through the bookstore. Please do not include health or consultation information in a book order.

3. How this website works

The shopping bag is stored locally in your browser using local storage so that it can remember selected products. The current website does not process card payments itself. When you continue to WhatsApp, your communication is also subject to WhatsApp’s and Meta’s applicable privacy terms.

4. Why we process personal information

• To respond to enquiries and conclude, administer and deliver orders.
